We found this accommodation on AirBNB and then booked it directly. Communication with the owners was excellent (we had an issue with paying our deposit and the owners spoke directly with my husband to resolve it) and we were given great information after booking.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo and it had plenty of space for 4 of us (2 adults, an 18 year old and a 15 year old). The condo had air conditioning and ceiling fans so it was cool even on the hottest of days and there was plenty of fridge and freezer space for cold drinks and ice creams. All the Disney Parks, Universal and Seaworld are easily and quickly accessible from the resort and Lake Buena Vista Outlets and a 24 hour Walmart plus many restaurants are very close by so it is ideally positioned.
The condo is comfortable and well equipped with a washing machine and drier, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. There are plenty of dishes and glasses although we had to improvise for a baking tray to cook chips/fries.
World Quest Resorts has a pool but WQR Rentals doesn't have access to that. This didn't bother us as we had access to various of the water parks but might be a factor for some. We stayed in building 4 and our balcony overlooked the lake; this contains alligators and turtles which we could see but there is a fence preventing them from getting near the buildings.
I would recommend World Quest Resort and WQR Rentals.
