The hotel was absolutley beautiful. As the rooms were lovely and the scenery in the hotel was mind blowing as you could walk around the hotel and stare at all the furniture and there was a little shop just as you went in which was imaculate and sold things from sweets to breakfast foods, so it would save you from going to the shop across the street.
The rooms were so clean that you could not find 1 speck of dust in them.In the rooms u got a big tv with freeview they also had an air con which was handy at night as it wasnt very cool but u were so tired that u fell asleep straight away.In the restaurant the food was great as there was such a big choice and all very cheap.
From the balconys you got a great view of the pool(s) or lake(s).
The pools were nice and clean and open all night so if u fancied a late swim you could go down for a quick swim.During the day there were pool tables set up to play which didn't cost u a penny.
You could also play water polo as there were nets set up in 1 pool. The location is great as its right on International drive across from the restaurants & bars/Clubs but it was really quiet at night so if theres kids on the holiday they would get to sleep with ease.
Also if you ever fancy going to the gym there is one in the hotel which is located next to the Ice cream parlour. The staff were very nice as well as they spoke to you in a friendly way!!!
The hotel was very very clean. They also changed your bedding every day. There wasn't much in the hotel apart fom the pool but u could watch Baseball or american football or scoccer on the 2 widescreen tvs or u could cross the road to go to the restraunts right across the road.
The beach I was never on as it was very far away but you're better in the pools in the hotel.
I would visit the hotel again and again as it is a fantastic holiday for the adults and kids!!!!!!!
It was BRILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My Mum said the only thing she could complain about was the musty smell from the air conditioning unit!!!

I stayed at this hotel in 2000 and returned in 2001 for my honeymoon. I went back in Oct 2003 for my anniversary and was terribly disappointed.
The first room they put us in was so small you can barely swing a cat, let alone stay in there for 2 weeks with 2 adults and 2 children. Thank goodness we were Wyndham By Request members, otherwise we would have been stranded in the same standard of room. It smelt, the carpet was filthy, mouldy, stinking cesspit. We even had a pet caterpillar.... I don't know when somebody last stayed in that room but it didn't seem like it had been occupied for some months, if not longer.
They moved us to another room when we complained, but we had to lug our luggage to the new room, with no help. The blocks do not have lifts, even though they are only two stories high when you have been travelling for hours the last thing you want to do is lug your baggage from one room to another, especially around somewhere as big as this resort.
This room was bigger and better, but it still needed a good scrub and lick of paint.
For your info they moved us to a room in the same block that we stayed in in 2000, I don't think that these rooms had been renovated since then, I don't think even the carpets have ever been cleaned since then!
If you have a choice then change immediately. If you can't then be prepared to complain.
