Close to TD Garden, Quincy market and Long Wharf. We arrived to find that our Deluxe King room was not available that night. According to the hotel this was Expedia's fault for booking too many people in. We got a double and had to leave everything in cases and the staff would move our things.
Our Deluxe King was as described apart from the fact there was no comfortable chair there- which they show with that room. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom was average- nice hairdryer, Minibar we didn't use but have just discovered we were charged 17 dollars for a large and a small water. I should really have checked the bill before leaving. A/C was noisy whenever it switched on- but I gather that is the same as other rooms. Room cleanliness was excellent. They did a nice wine hour in the evening. Staff were good. I would recommend it for its location but it is expensive for what you get.
Pluses- Location. Friendly staff. Wine hour.
Room for improvement. A/C could be improved. I found it strange when their bar was not open on Sunday, which was really busy in town due to Guns and Roses playing just at the top of the road at TD Garden, and a major game on.

Hotel tip: Don't buy breakfast there. Stroll down to Quincy market instead- quite a place!
