We booked direct with the hotel and paid $60 per night for four nights. We had a king room on the fourth floor with a partial view of the Bellagio fountains. It was a nice clean room with a comfy bed and a 42 inch flat screen TV. Plenty of lights in the room. sometimes i find hotel rooms a bit gloomy but this one was fine.
Nice toiletries in the bathroom which had a small window that opened, an unusual sight in Vegas. There was a small coffee maker in the room. On check in we received a fun book with coupons for discounts and free drinks in the hotel and its sister properties. It also included some match play vouchers.
The maid service was very good and our extra pillows were delivered promptly. We asked for extra coffee refills for the machine too.
Didn't eat at this hotel apart from coffee and danish pastries from Seattle's Best coffee bar, and a hot dog from the cart in the sports book. Both of there were good. There is a 24 hour coffee shop called the Victorian Room which serves a variety of food, but we didn't try it because there are so many other places in Vegas.
The location of this hotel is brilliant. It is on the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road which is the centre of the strip. You can use the road bridges to get to Bally's, Bellagio and Caesar's. It is the best location and being a small hotel by Vegas standards it is easy to get from your room to the street in record time.
All the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. The seemed to enjoy working there.
There was entertainment in the form of Big Elvis at 3pm and 5 pm every weekday. This man is a very good singer and I would recommend stopping in to see his free show. there were lounge acts on in the evenings from 9 pm, but we didn't see any of them this trip.
I look forward to staying at this hotel again if the price is right.
