Hotel is a small casino off strip but in line with the Bellagio. It is easy to get to the strip, either a 25 minute walk, taxi or local bus which stops right outside the hotel and cost $2.5 for a 24hour pass. This pass can also be used on all off strip journies e.g. to airport, outlet stores and downtown.
The hotel provide a free shuttle service from and to the airport, use the curtesy white telephone in arrivals to call the hotel and request pickup, service was excellent.
Although the corridors of the hotel could do with redecorating and new carpets the room we were given was very good for the price we paid. It was on the second floor and overlooked the pool. I would request a pool view as rooms on the other side of the building can be noisy due to the carpark. The room was clean, well equipped with plasma t.v. and coffee making facilites and you could open the windows to let air in. The room was cleaned daily with clean sheets and lots of towels.
The breakfast buffet was very good value $5.99 with omlettes and waffles cooked to order. If you sign up for their players club you get 1000 free points which can be exchanged for either 4 free breakfasts or 2 pool parties or a combination Breakfast M-F 250 points Pool Party 500 points. There is also plenty of 2 for 1 offer leaflets about.
As a member of the players club you also have free entry into a daily and weekly tourament and can win up to $500.
This hotel does not compare with the big flash hotels on the strip, however it is a small friendly hotel which in my opinion is excellent value for money

We stayed in Terribles in November and we found this a great hotel. A lot smaller than some of the others but it does make it easier to find each other.
The room we had was on the second floor which there was a lift to and was really lovely overlooking the pool.
The food was excellent value and the graveyard specials are fantastic.
The bingo hall was a really friendly place with free coffee and doughnuts for breakfast.
The bus to the strip is only over the road and for $2.50 each for a twenty four hour pass is great, if your not happy about getting the bus the taxi stand is outside.
the staff we found were friendly and very helpful, for a cheaper holiday you cant really go wrong.
When it's time to go home Terribles have their own shuttle bus to take you to the airport.

First time in Las Vegas stayed 5 days on the strip and then 9 days in terribles. Excellant pool, very nice staff, very friendly, cleaners were excellant.
Very good value for the food and the beer beer $1 a foot long hot dog and fries $3.
Not far to walk to get on to the strip about 5 to 10 mins very nice walk though very safe.
Would definatly go back and book with terribles to get a good price to stay at this hotel would be to book through the internet on las vegas.com

Terribles was situated about 3 blocks east of The Strip - you'd walk down the main road next to Bally's and Terribles was on the same side.
It was a smaller hotel than those on The Strip but did make life easier to find things! We had a very large room with air con, proper coffee maker, an ice machine down the corridor and all the other amenities. I know some hotels in Vegas don't have coffee makers, so it was a plus for us.
We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant almost every morning and it was excellend value for money. There was a nice pool area (which we only visited twice) and a very large casino with its own MacDonalds (we got drinks from there once!). The bar at this hotel was so cheap for drinks.
Overall, the hotel was extremely good value for money. The only thing I'd change is where it was - it could have done with being about one or two blocks closer to The Strip. We walked to The Strip most evenings and then got a taxi back to the hotel - didn't cost more than $8 each time, so not bad value.
