This hotel is fantastic I spoke to the hotel about a week before i went there to check about a holding deposit for the rooms, they were very helpfull then and even moreso when i arrived.
I had a bad flight from the uk and was not very happy when i got there but after speaking to the receptionist and a free upgrade i felt alot better.
My room overlooked ground zero which may not be to everyones liking but i found it very interesting.
I stayed in a single room with a king size bed, nice big tv,safe,bath and shower and internet access (About $20 For two days).
All the staff were very helpfull and friendly the Concierge was so helpful that he would not let me leave untill i was really sure where to go.
The room was cleaned daily by nice staff.
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and i will stay at this hotel again and again.
