FANTASTIC!!!! What else can I say. Don't be put off by the qwerky decor of this hotel. Our room was cleaned to good standards daily, as was the rest of the hotel. The bed was the most comfortable I have stayed in. The location is great overlooking the lights of Times Square. We took the subway once, but for the rest of our 6 day stay we walked everywhere, rockefeller centre, Empire State Building, Central Park and 5th Avenue. Be sure to visit the Abercrombie & Fitch shop on 5th Avenue. A male model poses for photos with visitors!! On the street opposite Planet Hollywood you will find a great restaurant called Juniors, highly recommended. We visited Niagara Falls, a trip well worth taking, but golf waterproof clothing would be advisable to get the most out of this trip as travelling back on the flight is not very comfortable in wet clothing!! If you visit the Empire State Building either go early or pre book your ticket to enable entry to the statue.
The staff in this hotel were great. They were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.
I will definitely be visiting New York again and would not consider staying anywhere else!!

We spent 3 nights at this hotel and would go back there in a flash! The location is amazing, being right on Times Square and having been recently renovated the hotel is fabulous!! It has a boutique feel while also managing to feel really modern. The rooms are well equipped and the hotel is spotless. The staff were very helpful and concierge were on hand to help with any problems or just hints and tips about the area. We had breakfast included in our room price which was good as otherwise it could work out rather expensive. Breakfast was the only meal that we ate at this hotel, but wow it was really something to write home about. The selection on offer was very good and the quality was brilliant. Portions were huge too (good job we were only there for 3 days). Also eating in the restaurant with views over Times Square is definitely one of the things we will remember about this trip. This hotel is quite expensive, but then you are paying for the location and the quality and we will definitely return.
