As previously mentioned this is a very large complex has over 1700 motel type based rooms. Has staff from all over the world working for them although check in said 4o'clock we were sent away twice as room wasn't ready. So a nice chat with the manager provided results even though booking was made a year before and through virgin.
We stayed 3 nights and that was enough commercialised or what, you pay through the nose for everything stay away from the gift shop what a rip off. They have a captive audience so charge top dollar for everything, drinks are extra so if you go to the buffet along with a 1,000 other people you can imagine the queues and quality wasn't always good, cold food and often empty food bins (about £20 each plus tax, plus drinks).
On the plus side we only had a basic room 2 queen beds very comfortable nice view over the lake and very warm considering it was often at freezing in the morning, we had a good size fridge and double wash basin, bath with shower over. There was entertainment but you had to have a restaurant reservation in other part of complex and wild west show came with it.

We stayed for one night , the room was clean and well maintained and the hotel is located in a very good position.
There were a few negatives - its a very big hotel and very busy , there are pretty major building works so its getting bigger. the work made the site a bit untidy and there appeared to be less parking spaces than rooms , so parking was not easy.
Finally there are quite a number of static caravans for staff accomodation on site - these were not a problem but certainly not nice to look at.
There was also a bit of a staff discipline issue in the dining room during breakfast - not very professional.
When we stayed in April large parts of the facilities were closed which was a let down.
Overall the location was great but the hotel has its problems - if we were going to Bryce again we would probably stay again - but hopefully by them the minor issues will be sorted out.
