I’ve been travelling for 5 months and this is one of the best, if not the best hotel we've stayed in. The customer service is incredible; staff are so motivated, friendly and helpful at all levels. How often do you see senior management around in the mornings checking that everything is good for you?
The food is excellent with an extensive a la carte dinner menu as well as a buffet choice and breakfast offers a large variety of freshly cooked food.
Hotel is in great location and within easy walking distance of the citadel. We loved this hotel. Had a great room overlooking the river and everything was perfect right down to the birthday cake that was delivered to our room because housekeeping noticed the birthday cards on the dressing table.
This has got to be one of Vietnam's best hotels.
