I booked a room at the hotel for my myself and my daughter.
On arrival we ordered lunch and had to wait approx 1 hour for the food to arrive .
The room we had been given was situated next to a courtyard where pub / hotel guest smoke , our room windows had been left open by staff and it smelt of cigarette smoke and all we can hear are drunk guests.
My daughter asked the receptionist if we could be moved and the abrupt reply was we are full you can vacate the room if you wish. Such bad customer service and a report to environmental health will be submitted.
