An excellent airport hotel which serves the needs of the traveller.
We bought the park and fly package and had excellent service from check-in until we were delivered to just outside departures of Cardiff airport.
We checked in and provided details of our car and flight times. We parked the car ourselves in the hotel car park and weren't required to hand over the keys at any stage. We were asked what time we'd like to book the transfer to the airport in the morning. They went every 30 mins.
Our room had facilities for the disabled (though we hadn't requested these) and was very spacious with a good size LED TV whose alarm you could set to wake you in the morning.
The bathroom was very large with a lovely bath and a hairdryer was provided. Our room looked directly out over the airfield but there was no noise due to the glazing.
The hotel had a bar and a small variety of snacks/meals. We also benefited from the breakfast which was served from 4am.
Our minibus was waiting to transfer us on the 3 minute journey to the airport in the morning.
When we returned we used the freephone at arrivals (an option button to connect directly with the hotel and were told they’d be with us in 5 mins- which they were.
We will definitely stay here again.
