kirstyc the Club Alize is next door to the Portabello

Jimbouk if you turn left out of the front entrance of the Club Alize then take the next left and keep walking down that road you are on the main road .There is a good Turkish take away on the that road that a lot of Turks use and has a playground for children or you can also sit and eat/drink and is really peaceful, it's on the right hand side.
If you go out the back you take a left, keep going right and turn the first left you come to (directly adjacent to the old entrance to the Portabello), before you reach the main street there is a bar on the right called Alloha bar

i still dont know who sings that song..someone said is that esena mono.. but i downloaded it and i dont think it is.

Didn't stay in Club Alize this year but whoever was the DJ he must have left as Ali from Club Turquoise had to move down to Alize and take over there. This must have happened on or around the 7th August.

No dj aint gone no where!

No what it was, is that one of the entertainers Cenkay! is getting marryed in september so he has Left and now gone back home to Ankara ready to move to England!!, and Kiki (the Dj) Has had to take over as Entertainer, While Hulya Is still Head Entertainer and Dj!, But as she works so many hours anyway they have had to get some one else in, because she cant work that many hours on her own and have a job at another hotel.

So the Dj, Is still there alone with, Mert! Hulya, Esra! And Turkay, Its just Cenkay! that has left!

you dont have to use the wristband system, it just makes your holiday alot bloody cheaper if you do!

Ahhhhh, 3 weeks today and we'll be at the airport ready to go back to the club alize. It's absolutely fantastic so we are sooooooooo excited! Picadilly bar here we come for the best lasagne ever, yum yum!

Just want to say thanks to everyone on this site, it really helps on the countdown. Wahay, 21 more sleeps! xxx

Hi,

Could any of you seasoned stayers at the Club Alize answer the following questions for me, we go on the 31st Aug 06

In the rooms, do you get any of the following items?
Kettle, Iron (saves on taking the travel iron & kettle) & a sharp knife to cut that gorgeous Turkish bread with, also if you have been in the last month or so, what exchange rate are you getting for your £.

When we were there we stayed in a 2 bed apartment, you got a kettle but no iron. There was a knife that looked liked a bread knife but it was not very sharp, we had no tin opener either.

Hi Dave, Just back from club alize last friday, we had a kettle no iron and the bread knife was fine for their bread,the exchang rate for most of the two weeks was 2.68 went down to 2.65 a couple of days but last thursday seen it at 2.70. We actually bought an iron in the Tansas a couple of years ago and just take that back with us. Enjoy your holiday Maggie :lol:

Dave you will love club alize. we go in 2 weeks... well if there are no more bombs anyway. You don't get a toaster either but their bread is soooooooo yummy it would be a sin to toast it. Our bread knife was a bit didgy but we just ripped the bread it's so soft.

Number 3 dolomus is the one we use that stops right outside club alize. Taxi's r us then ey!!

I'm so sad this has happened. I remember wriring my post (above) a week ago and i was so excited, now we just a little concerned and I have had a ikle tear!

just got back from the club alize was meant to buy the cd for the kids but with everyone running around panicing about the bombs while we were waiting for the coach it completely skipped my mind to run down and get it,if anybody could post or pm me with the track list it wood make my little boy so happy,the main song we want is the pool dance song.
