Yes I do agree with you, but if I had to argue about prices with EVERYBODY in Goa I wouldn't have much of a holiday.
The thing is, since I have been to Goa so many times there is very little I need to buy when on holiday. I've bought all the tat in the past and now only buy fixed price items (CDs), nothing more to buy.
So the only things I can be overcharged for are food, drink and taxis and since food and drink are usually clearly price marked that leaves taxis (I have a taxi driver).
