I too needed to make a reservation and contact the hotel, after many attempts, I gave up, they are useless. I even emailed their head office and just got a notification of receiving my email and that was it.

I eventually booked through Med hotels the first time, but have booked for next year already through Sky Travel, which was cheaper.

Ok this may sound like a really daft reply but cant you just go to your travel agent and ask for 3 weeks and they will price it and sort it for you??????

A little off topic but do you know whether the sister hotel in Sharm whch you get the bus too can you use the AI there or any of the facilities or is it just a drop off point?

Hi - if you mean the Tropicana Rosetta then no you can't use the AI at the Grand Azure.

You could always try phoning or writing, other than that I dont know, it was impossible to contact them when we wanted to book direct, and when I enquired for the following holiday at reception, the Manager wasnt very helpful and told me to book through med hotels.

We needed a transfer from Sharm airport and asked my friend in Cairo to telephone the hotel to arrange this, someone there told him that our transfers were arranged through Med hotels and someone was meeting us.
We ended up paying around £18.00 outside the airport for a 10 minute drive as we had no transport. I was not impressed

Sorry I meant we are staying at the LTI and can you use the facilities at the Rossetta? Pool entertainment, food etc?
