Hi, I assume you mean 4am?

I reckon a good breakfast on the strip, then the Raptor Sea Safari from the Golden Coast...It's fast and fun...especially if you can blag the front 2 seats, but you would need to ask them when you booked (we did and it was the best place to sit!) They take you all round the coast, see the Ghost Town and all the way round past Ayia Napa. We got to swim and snorkel + feed the fish with bread ....amazing and then wow we went so fast it was great!! come back to Protaras for about 1ish, get some lunch, ther choice is yours.....so much to choose from, then you could either relax a bit and go to Ayia Napa to eat and the party at any of the many bars and clubs .....def, suggested or go out in Protaras. Ayia Napa is only 10/15 mins away so would really recommend that you spend the evening there and celebrate.If you get there early enough you could do the Napa bungee or sling shot....Be brave .....whatever you do have fun.

hello diverdan, that sounds like a great day out dunno about the bungie/sling shot lol. i should have been more clear in my post, (sorry!) we will be arriving at 4 ish in the afternoon, so alot of his birthday will be spent traveling, although he said he doesnt mind. so we have the evening and night to celebrate. i will take a look at those links we could do them another day in our holiday.
