Good luck hope you get something sorted.
We've already got our accommodation booked for March. Really nice 1 bedroom apartment at the Riviera Palms, just need to book the flight now. Just finalising our accommodation for November as well.
Will buy you and Mrs BBN a "double" when we catch up with you at The Carvery :tup :cheers

Dont worry Martin we will even buy you a double as well, or possibly a treble :D
By the way Martin thanks for posting that link about Kingfisher Airways. We were just about to book with them that evening :yikes but we have changed our minds. Dont want to be sitting between now and Novmeber wondering and worrying about Kingfisher.
We've now found 2 great deals for November and March for a good price with private accommodation :D

Gemma, to be honest I think they will be fine until next year at least. The only worrying thing is that they may cancel flights at short notice which will muck up peoples plans. I've booked them for September so my fingers are crossed

I hope youre right Martin, I know they are a good airline and its such a pity. It just a bit worrying.
Do you normally go out of season? I hate rain ;) but I would like to see Goa out of season.

Nope, this will be the first time, really looking forward to rediscovering the place all over again as I'm sure it will be very different.

Well thats us booked going on the 13th of March with Qatar Airlines got it for £337 could have got it for £323 but in the end the flight times were better if we went through Southall going from L/H / airport.
we also booked the Colonia.de Braganza.in Calangute for £116 for 2 weeks for the both of us so all in we got Goa booked for £395 so guess who is a happy bunny ...None of this would have been possible with out the help of Polly50 who found me this great deal :rofl the deal was so good she just had to come along too ... :cheers thanks so much to polly50..... colleen

PS forgot to say within 4 days the same flight went up to £501 then again went up to £556 ..im so pleased we booked it when we did .

Hi Colleen,
you are really close to Molly Malones at Colonia de Braganza. Unfortunately we will have gone home when you arrive but may see you in November :cheers :cheers :cheers

We have paid a bit more than most are quoting for Qatar, booked direct with the airline, seems Travel Agents considerably cheaper, however not complaining is still less than we paid Monarch last year, so well happy :cheers

Qatar Airlines have reduced a lot of their flight prices on their own site as of today. For the dates we are going they now work out at the exact same price as Southall or Tickets to India (up until yesterday they were about £100-£150 more expensive).
Irishcolleen your flight on Qatar Airlines own website is showing tonight at £365.70 Still an excellent price I think ;)

I think if you book the flights through Southall its a little bit more not much tho..
