Firstly, this is the first time that I have encountered them and have never had the pleasure of booking with them before. However, after this booking I am absolutely lost as to how this company can still be trading. What is even worse is that they look like they are pretty big in terms of turnover and passenger numbers.
In short, I tried to book a trip to Spain online for me and the family to get to the payment page where it then said there was an error after trying to book and to therefore call their call centre. Called their call centre to be put through to 3 different people all of which are absolutely clueless to be then told that I had to pay the increased price of the hotel of £207. What is even worse is that the flights were booked and therefore as they only act as agent for all the suppliers, I could not cancel the flight as it was already booked. Therefore, two options, 1) pay the extra £207 or 2) do not pay the extra £207 and have 4 flights to Malaga with absolutely nowhere else to stay as the alternative hotels that they offered were all abysmal. To say i'm furious is an understatement.
I saw all the other negative reviews online but chose to ignore, only myself to blame.
The call staff are nothing short of inept and it would seem from the conversation that I had this was a common problem as they knew exactly how to deal with and said "these things do happen, if there is a problem refer to our terms and conditions". Borderline deception!
