We've checked out a place for friends next season. They are new one bedroomed apartments with separate kitchen,furnished,cable tv etc and are quite good.
The inseason rate is 15000 a month, he quoted us 8000 a month with A/C during the monsoon. They are near St. Anthonys chapel.
