Confirmation e-mail should do the trick,if you can't get one do a 'mocked-up' one on your PC. We have used various companys to book our flights with and all have sent an accomodation voucher, and we have had no problems - ask the company you are booking flights with if they provide one.

In december 2006 Monarch at manchester had a sign above the check in saying:-

passengers without accomodation voucher would not be able to board the plane.

If in doubt be creative, it worked for us

Thanks guys. Just booked the flights and asked about the voucher. They (MyTravel) said they send a voucher for one nights accommodation and it can be any accommodation on any night. This is how they get round offering charter flights only - without the voucher it is classed as a scheduled flight.

I tried a search and it wouldn't find anything - think I'm having problems as I can't pm either.
