You have probably picked the best time to get acommodation, I don`t know about the South but North Goa has plenty of budget places to stay well within your budget. You can usually negotiate a better price for staying longer, although the Christmas period you should still expect to pay a little more over that couple of weeks. Any info on the North you want let me know, I`m sure someone will give you some info on the South if that is were you really want to stay

Unfortunately not yet. I was half expecting it to arrive today as a small number of people on hear have received it back within 8 days. If they won't issue it I'll have to go to Manchester and pick one up. I booked my flights yesterday which I was pressured to do as the BA flight I was planning went up by £100. I managed to find a virgin atlanta flight which was still a reasonable price. I was not expecting them to jump up so much.
