Hi All,
My wife has bought me a weeks ski holiday in Borevets, I am staying at the Hotel Flora "any reviews" flyout Jan 26th 08. Anyway I am a beginner when it comes to skiing and done one day lesson in Fernie Canada last xmas. MY Big concern relates to ski instruction would it be better for me to book lessons before leaving the UK or book when i get too the resort. Also advise regarding which company to go with. Your advise would be gratefully appreciated on any other relevent tips hope you all have had a Happy Christmas and a Blessed New Year to everyone.
KIndest Regards

Skiing on snow is very different to skiing on a dry slope, however before I took my skiing trip as a child we did a lesson or two on a dry slope and this enabled us to progress to a higher level on the snow slopes on arrival...saving time and giving us more time on the slopes from day one....Just a thought...as you're going for a week....
No reviews on the hotel located here:

Feel free to add one on your return....

Also stayed in the Flora ones (overbooked Hotel Samokov) but it was in the appartments.
The Flora is very central and still quiet coz most of the bars are in the 'other' shopping street..
My advice is to pre-book the skilessens coz they have discounts with all travelagents!!
Enjoy Boro!
