Yes you will get a taxi easily at the airport, remember to agree the price first.
As you say Laganas isn't far and you will be at the Perkes (nice location in the Olive groves) in no time.
I presume you are looking for some club scenes and nightlife as the Perkes can be fun and not really for the older couples if you know what I mean

Just realised that our flight back is 7am, so will have to leave the hotep around 4am? Will it be hard to get a taxi back to the airport at this time? eeek!!!

The perkes is located in a quiet area and there won't be any passing taxis so just arrange a pick up with one of the local taxi drivers, he will give you a card and you can contact him if any problems.
