I have been several times and think it is very worth it. It is a long day (depending on where you are staying,) as the boats leave from Corfuu town, you have to go through passport control. If you go take the optional excursion to Butrint. Its fascinating and gives you a chance to see something outside the main town of Saranda; where there is not really enough of interest to spend a whole day. the optional excusrion costs 19 euro and includes a buffet lunch. You still get free time at the end of the day to wander around the town and absorb the atmosphere. I sell the trip for 29 Euro. You also have to pay 10 euro port taxes/black visa charge onboard so whole day costs 58 euro with the excursion, per person.
