I'm afraid ressorthoppa have just about the worse reputation of any transfer company i've heard of! I've lost count of the number of people who have complained about their service..quite often not turning up to take people back to the airport..i certainly would not reccomend them!

Could anyone help me please, I have found a quote for 2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby for a transfer from Alicante airport to Cala Finestrat in October via shuttlebus for £53.85 return with keytransfers.com. Has anyone used this company for their transfer and if so could you please tell me the kind of service you got, before i go ahead and book it. Any info would be appreciated

Thanks for the suggestion Taggy. Shuttle direct is one of the companies i've already priced up but I think its seems very expensive. The quote is (shuttle transfer) £98.28 return or (private) £165.24 return! Those quotes I think are steep or is that the normal cost in Costa Blanca?
Thanks
Thanks
taggy it was locked yes ,but i think the lock is a bit dodgie
Swines arnt they Kev!!
Galare...i think thats about normal prices really, if you bear in mind Benidorm is quite a way from Alicante Airport...over 50kms i think, and that the price is for 6 of you, it works out at just over £16 return per person, for the shuttle transfer.

Hi galare i priced it with A2B transfers and it worked out at £81.90 for the 6 of you .so a bit cheaper than you got good luck mazza
Thanks for your help. We have ended up booking with shuttle direct. As said, it only works out at £16ish per person so its not too bad. Shuttle direct do seem to have the best reviews too so we thought it was the best option.
Hi,
Does this sound correct as it seems a bit cheap in my eyes. I was looking to book with travelrepublic for transfers in November, do these use a2b transfers and are they reliable?
For 2 adults and an infant, it says its just over £26.17

I've just put in some random dates in November for 6 people return Alicante - Benidorm and for 6 people it was £12.94 each return, (£6.47 each way). So prices will very a bit i suppose!!

PS...Thats with Shuttledirect

It would cost us £43.65 with shuttledirect.
Oh no, I've just booked my transfer through travel direct and its with Resorthoppa, I'm gutted :cry, I've read so many bad comments on these guys.
I was talking to 4 guys in the airport in Alicante yesterday who'd used Resorthoppa and they told me that it took 2 and a half hours to get to the Levante Beach apartments, apparantly they passed a hotel (not sure which one) 3 times during their journey.
My mum had a very bad experience with them too when they wanted to pick her up 4 hours prior to departure
so needless to say, she no longer uses them.
I hope that it all works out ok for you.

i used travelrepublic for my holiday and transfers , and i must say they were the best yet , 10 minutes after i got out the airport the small bus was on its way .
and in the way back it was the same , picked up exactly on time , and did another 3 pick ups then onto the airport .
no reps or anything on the bus , but the driver walked accross to lift the bags of some of the older travellers.
ps it cost me £20 for the transfers and it was shuttle transfers i think.

i had to phone them in spain 24 hours before i flew home , but it wasnt resort hoper , they seem to pick up every one in benidorm

I think thats the main problem Tartanscone....that they DONT pick people up, for their return journeys, despite people ringing the day before departure to confirm a pickup time and point. I've heard from many people now saying that resorthoppa have just not turned up at all!

I booked my transfers with travelrepubluc for march of this year and our transfers were with resorthoppa and they were great, we had no problems at all even though we had a 2 hour delay.
Going to benidorm again next month and intend to book through travelrepublic again as they seem to be the cheapest around although there are private transfers on offer on ebay for 40 euros each way which would work out not much more as there is 4 of us but feeling a bit wary.
