A growing number are going all in... it's pity but I can see the attraction. Especially as the prices are being hiked. Beware though, the beer is cr@p, the food iify and there are some restrictions. If you book AI and are unhappy it's a nightmare. Be sure you read a lot of reports before booking. Club Armar , Blue bays are 2 I know that are not brilliant.

ayderia hotel is another 1 to avoid, we also werent impressed with the marmaris palace. my daughter has also stayed there this month despite my warning but in nov there wasnt a lot of choice of all incs, she said the food was diabolical, but she ignored my warning lol

I wouldn't book A/I in marmaris, they are not as good as the A/I side and lara beach. I am still waiting to read a good report on a A/I hotel in marmaris.

You say you are looking for cheapish A/I whats your budget maybe somebody could point you in the direction of a good A/I in another resort. Did you go S/C or H/B. If you went S/C consider H/B it will save on the cost of food twice a day.

I am sending you a message.

thankyou for your replies... believe it or not i hadnt even thought about half board...eeh what am i like.. that would probably be ideal, as we wouldnt want to be restricted to staying in our hotel just for the food and drinks... as we found so many wonderful places to eat out... it was just a nightmare running out of money 4 days befor we came home, i couldnt even get any out of the A.T.Ms... kept saying pin number incorrect... when i got home i got intouch with my bank, they said the problem had been because i hadnt informed them i was going away :? never had to do that befor!!!!!

This happens a lot now, it is always worth informing your bank and credit card company that you are going away, also take the phone numbers with you and if there is a problem ring them from resort. Many years ago through bad planning (Miscalculated how much I would need) I even managed to raise my overdraft while away to stop the punitive charges.
