Hi Rob

TBH nearly impossible to answer. What do you intend to do ? hire a car ?
As its AI then easy answer is of course its enough (if you don't leave the hotel) but hardly helps you !!

perhaps better if you post a list of the type of things you want to do, and we will tell you what they cost

We are going to gozo, visiting the blue lagoon and some day trips to some churches, other than that not much, not going to hire any cars though

a day trip to Gozo - can easily be done for LM20 for 2 if you go by bus, eat basic (but good) food
blue lagoon - similar cost
visiting churches - only cost is transport - buses very cheap

if no car, and eat only at the hotel, not sure what you will be spending as much as £600 on - does AI incl drinks ?

It does include all drinks from 10am to midnight, breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with snacks during the day, can you recommend any day trips we could go on? :hmmm

day trips - do you mean organised ones, or DIY ?
Gozo (where I live) - good idea to hire a car in Gozo for the day - plenty to see - http://www.holidaytruths.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=36368

hypogeum - need to book beforehand http://www.holidaytruths.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=44912&sid=8b46776febedc9cea44897c73b2ff362

For the Blue Lagoon take one of the boats in Bugibba (we like the Mermaid, but the Romantika is fun) - they cost LM4.50-5.00. Drinks and snacks on board are reasonably priced - a soft drink will cost 50cents, a beer around 60c. A cheese, ham or tuna roll will set you back around 50 cents - so all in all not an expensive day out.

If you're planning on doing a coach trip to Gozo it could be worth looking around - your holiday rep will probably quote you around LM20 each, but you should be able to get a cheaper deal from any of the tour operators around the Qawra/Bugibba area.

For a 2 week holiday we usually spend around £600 - but we tend to go half board so this will include lunch and beer tokens.

HTH - have a great time!
