oh gosh , me too, ive got a hotel booked with them for oct !!!!

Hi have just this minute got through to them it must have been because the office was closed before 9 am. was really worried as we have just been caught out by the collapse of Xcapewithus.com and rebooked with Alpharooms so you can imagine what I was thinking when I kept getting cut off when trying to telephne them. Hey I booked flights with alpharooms for the first time on Thursday evening( always so nervous about using a new company but they were cheapest) and waited for ages to receive my confirmation email and it never arrived so I rang them about four times but the same thing happened I kept getting cut off, therefore I emailed and got my confirmation email the next morning. Fingers crossed things will be ok I don't fly ot until 31st August

I am waiting for a fone call back from alpharooms, ave emailed 3 times now an gettin a little nervous - hope all my flights ave been booked an the transfers! Its a holiday I won and I have received the hotel accommodation voucher but no confirmation re the flights an transfers and with less than 3 weeks to go I am obviously concerned!

I was fortunate enough that they replied to my emails quite quickly and answered the questions I asked, however when I log in to my account on their website it shows no recent bookings, I don't know whether this is because I just booked a flight. I have received all confirmation now so not sure If i should leave it at that.
