Hi.
Last week I was in Marmaris. I visited the SULTAN BAR (at the bottom of bar street).
There I tried anatolian kebab - which was a fantastic tasting dish.
I have tried to find the recipe on the internet, but keep getting standard kebab recipes. The anatolian kebab come in an earth-clay bowl, covered in cheese.
Please help if you can.
Kindest regards
Brian & family.

Thanks for your post.
I Wish I was still in Marmaris.. what a gorgeous place.
Thanks for your link. It does have some fantastic recipes, but not the kebab recipe that I am looking for. I have a feeling that this dish has been created/adapted by the Sultan bar chef.
I look forward to hearing from you again - to see if the chef has let somebody into the secret of their recipe.
Again - Thankyou very much.
