BP No.1 I am surprised, no astonished at what you have posted. The prices in any Turkish Airport Airport are horrendous.Antalya is no exception. My wife and I went through there last month and a Beer was 13 TL. Granted that we live here and have done for over five years so maybe I have lost touch with UK. prices. However, the last time I was at Manchester I paid 2.80 pounds for a pint. All Turkish Airports will charge the equivalant of 5.80 for half a litre.I do hope that you are correct as we will be going via Antalya to Gatwick in three weeks. I will report back after my return. Thanks for the info as I will now keep my eye on the Drinks Menu.

All i can tell you is that the prices we were charged in june were a lot higher that what they were yesterday .I never had any alcohol but checked the prices for burger meals and was really surprised as in june we were a fortune for three burgers. Even the couple i had spoken to came up to me after buying burgers and said that it was not much more than at home . :que

Lots of people now take their own food and drink to the airport but the fluid restrictions come in in January 2010 so goodness knows what they will be charging for bottled water next year. :yikes
