It is very important that travel providers cater suitably for disabled people and provide accurate information in advance of their holiday.
1) Is the content and descriptions of accommodation accurate and believable, to satisfy the users full requirements 'prior' to them finalizing their travel arrangements?
2) Are travel providers doing a good job catering for disabled people?
3) Where are the good and bad countries and /or resorts?
Will be interested in the feedback.
co-op travel have said they have there own advisers that have been out and inspected accommodation so they can provide you with all the info you need
