Check Goldtrail again 28 Sep 08 Glasgow - Dalaman £329 2 weeks per person, If your prepared to wait longer that price will drop I assure you, Sometimes they drop the price 2 times per day nearer to departure date.

Goldtrail prices are for Marmaris unfortunately, the Icmeler ones start at £838. I have alos checked their prices for leaving in 10 days time and the cheapest is then over £1000 so i am not too confident that the prices are going to come down that much. This is very unusual as Goldtrail are normally excellent, last year I paid £432 for 2 weeks in Icmeler

smc4761...... 28th Sep '08 14 nights ~ Glasgow - Dalaman 329pp..... this is the price that they (Goldtrail) are quoting for the flights but I just went through the whole process and with accommodation etc, they are wanting £978 so unless you just want flights only, it looks like the price is just a wee bit high.

I checked Directline, Bilnur apts, Icmeler, Dalaman £364 pp departing the 29th of September. I went through the booking process and the cost would be £820 for two people (adding the flight and fuel supps. etc) but it does say if you book online today you will receive and extra £25 off. Transfers are also included in this price.

prefer dalaman but would go to bodrum im not fussy just want a week away best i can find is 1st oct £329 was hoping for something a bit cheaper, ive even tried looking for spain but thats a fortune as well

I checked a package for you just as a matter of interest. You can stay at the Balkaya Hotel in Ovacik, flight included, bed and breakfast for £266.62 or half board for £283.92. There are other places to stay etc but this was the cheapest Pakage i came up with although many others are very inexpensive too.

thanks for the suggestions i dont fancy the oct 1st flight as you lose the first day an travel all night but will keep an eye on the 28th sept and see if it comes down a bit, ive seen accomodation from £8 a week but transfers are £40 this is for 2 people.

Don't know if you've tried scot travel - http://www.scottravelholidays.co.uk - they specialise in Turkey and offer flights from Glasgow and Edinburgh. We found a very good deal to Icmeler with them last October. You could also try Icmeler Online - http://www.icmeleronline.com - we went with them in June and found them both to be very helpful and reasonable prices.

i have been with Scot travel before and they were OK. However some of their prices are a rip off. I can book apartments in Icmeler for around £60 for the 2 of us, yet Scot travel are charging £112 under occupancy supplement, which does not seem right

I called freedom direct and have now booked up. As I said their prices were the best by around £100

The prices are expensive this year mainly due to the cost of flights. I think the days of cheap aegean flights are long gone. I have had a quick look for holidays for May next year and the cost is around £250 each from Glasgow

I have paid £650 for my 2 weeks from Glasgow and that is quite a good price, most places were looking for £750 plus.Even the cheaper holiday companies to Turkey, Goldtrail, Holidays 4U were over £800

Hi try On The Beach Holidays holidays have just got good deal flying out mon 8th £540.00 b/b for 2, good flights staying Goldstone Hotel which overlooks beach. I always use otb or Travel Republic and have never not got good deal.

well ive given up looking ive searched for 3 weeks now and drawn a blank every flight was over £300 and all packages over £4oo so ive now booked a half board holiday to salou. i no im a traitor but ive been once this year so its not all bad.
