Thanks jackie 123. What do you think of the fact that you can upgrade at the hotel instead? - and apparantly the kids are free to upgrade from HB to AI. I'm pretty mad! As to your move - we went to Pegasos Tropical last year with First Choice. That had only just been completed when we arrived and there were a lot of disgruntled holidaymakers about things not being finished or up to speed. This hotel is well established and we're really looking forward to it - but don't like paying over the odds or for things that others get free and we have to pay for. We've got 3 children who actually don't each much on holiday. Obviously the hotel realise things like this so let them upgrade for free.
