Hi everyone,
Arrived back from Kassiopi around 11.30 last night. Am waiting for the administrator to add the Dimas studios and apartments to the hotel review section so that I can post my opinion on the accomodation and resort. Meanwhile if anybody has any specific questions I'll try and answer them. Keep an eye out for my review which I will hopefully be submiting soon
Added for you Shirley.
I hope you had a great time in Kassiopi, I trust climbing up the mountain to your accommodation every day wasn't to bad
Graham
no the climb wasn't so bad once we'd been warned about it on this website. Posted a review earlier this afternoon for anyone who's interested to know what we thought. Thanks once again Graham for your input before we set off.
Welcome home Shirley
i am going back to the dimas for the third time soon, they are cracking value for money studios, and the view from the pool is second to none and is very rarely crowded.Best pint of amstel in the area also!christos and his mum friendly and welcoming people glad you also felt the same, the hill is worth the climb
I'm quite envious of you. Wish I was still there. You're right Christos and his mum go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They make the effort to get to know everyone as individuals. Have a great holiday as we did.
Shirley
Welcome home Shirley H. While you were away Mr Williams tried to pinch your mantle of Queen of this site to go with his Welsh Flag. You've got some catching up to do.
good to see that your back and having enjoyed your hols, no doubts youll have a busy schedule ahead informing others of the greek delights that you have recently sampled.
looking forward to reading more of your reviews.
Eifion.,
back from kassiopi friday teatime landing at leeds/bradford and on time weather was fab and got over 30degrees on more than one occasion.Dimas studios near the harbour was where we stayed apart from the steep slope the accomadation was outstanding for the price, clean tidy and with cracking views (these are in skytours)Chrystos and his mum are good people with time for everyone serving a good club sarnie and not forgetting the amstrel!stayed here three times now and will probably make it four next year If you do go to kassiopi try the boat trips on the boat Christina, kostas and his crew were a great laugh,we did the two island cruise booked at cosmic which is on the main street in resort,it cost 17 euros and that included lunch on the boat, leaves at 10-45 returning at 16-15 any how we had a good time again in kassiopi hope all that visit do too yamas
glad you had a great hol at the Dimas, as we did. We went on the Christina to Corfu town one evening. It was a fab trip but we did have to wrap up well as the breeze got a bit cold out at sea at that time (beginning of the month). The weather heated up nicely by the time you got there. Had the pool warmed up at all because it was freezing when we were there? Not too bad once you were in but getting in was a bit of an ordeal
My son's off to Kavos in 3 weeks, I'd better tell hom to pack the high factor creams. Although, how much of the daytime he'll see is anyone's guess.
Welcome back Craig.
