Balkan changed our flight outbound to pick up at newcastle and then told us we didnt have a return flight to manchester so put us on a first choice flight. The only problem was they had moved us from a 16.40 mon flight to a 03.05 tues am flight.
When I rang to complain they said if i cancelled i would lose my deposit as they had only moved our flight on 11 hour. However i sent in a letter of complaint and as a GOODWILL GESTURE they are now refunding my deposit so i can book with someone else.
Iam pleased balkan have agreed to this and thought i would let you all know, if we persevere we sometimes get a result.
