Hi Bill,

I can't specifically recall any antiquarians/dealers in Varna BUT if you are foolish enough to change money with the street money changers in Varna, you will almost certainly receive a wide range of obsolete Bulgarian banknotes (and possibly those of other countries)..... :wink:

Got beaten to it, was going to say -

"Change money in the street, but specify they give you obsolete leva as opposed to Russian roubles or Yugoslav dinar.

Seriously, I would ask those fonts of all wisdom - taxi drivers.

billconroy, Sorry////// There are two good shops in Old Nessebar. One half way up Mitropolska Street, the other continue on same road cross over Hemus Street and its on your left. If you care to p.m. with mail address I have two old Romanian Notes a 1,000 and 5,000 lei, wont get you a wee dram. but yours if you want them Tonyt.
