Can anyone tell Carol and I if Barbie dolls are made in Goa anywhere or if they are available in the shops. Carol collects them.

India Barbie is on sale at the shop outside the Dona Alcina. She is dressed in a sari.

Also available at the Elephant shop in Candolim - have noticed quite a few in stores around Panaji as well.
Yes..they have loads in the supermarket opposite Dona Terrazhina. We bought one as a gift for a goan friends daughter.
There LOTS of different flavours of barbies, really good prices, Bigger shops in Mapusa and Panjim do lots of differnt ones... Also Cindy too I think and other makes
You see Barbie dolls pretty much everywhere, all dressed tradionaly in Sari's, compleat with Bindi's. You will have no problem finding them but more problem choosing which one.
there are 2 different types one in a sari thats 499rs and one in a very big sari for 2499rs there good qualitey and in all different coloured saris. Does anyone know if you can buy just the clothes anywhere?
