Has anyone been to this island ?? It is being refurbished at the moment and is due to open at the end of this year - It was damaged by the tsunami.

Check out thomson as they are offering fantastic deals for next may - 569 for a week all inclusive 14th may. You pay an upgrade if you want spirits for just 6 per person but the rest of the deal is fully all inclusive. It is 4 star.

we went to meeru this last may and everything was lovely - weather, food and beaches were amazing. we cant get a deal for much under 2500 for the room we wanted at meeru but saw this and for the price we decided to just go for it.

rooms and beaches look fab and all accomodation is being re done - cant wait to go - we booked 2 weeks for 800 !!
