He was playing in the local indoors bowl club (Stanley, Co Durham) last Saturday, 10 miles from God's Own Country. That's Newcastle for those not in the know! Have to say he's got a great voice, for a Mackem, lo.

Does anyone know if Neil St John(the voice of Benidorm) is still in benidorm? I last saw him a couple of years ago and thought he was really good.

We are going back to Benidorm next Thursday, can anyone who has been recently recommend who to see in the cabaret bars please? We like singers such as Asa Elliot, Elvis impersonators etc.
Not too keen on some of the comedians such as Mike Curtis, but do like Chic Smith.

Hmm I'm a singer, but not a working one!!! I just sing in Carousel on the karaoke on a Sunday night for fun!
All the usual suspects are still here, Asa is at Sandras and he is in the We Will Rock You tribute at Morgans Tavern. Dave Keegan is Elvis at The Town, I think (but could be wrong) that Aaron Stuart is here as Elvis in Jailrock.

Sue go and spend a night at The Town...sounds like your kind of acts...Neil Ross (Best Singer in Benidorm) 9pm, Davy Royal (funny not vulgar comedian) 10pm, Dave Keegan (Elvis) 11pm! Have Fun! ....Oh and go and see Deb and Her....Brilliant female duo, on at various places!

Carousel is great , and its open till 5am....it has the bookies during the day .

Debnher can be found at The Tower Lounge Thursday and Friday at 2230pm, Jokers 2100pm Monday and Wednesday, Midnight Monday at Valentines and at The White Horse 2200pm Wednesday and Saturday midnight.
