San lorenzo restaurant,beni?

Hi everyone,going to benidorm later in the year and i wondered if anyone knows of a restaurant called san lorenzo? it was in what looked like someone's house with gardens out the front,tables all set around the fire place,i cant remember what area it was in but i think it was rincon de loix somewhere,it definitely wasnt the old town or poniente,we got in a taxi and asked for a good restaurant and he took us there,really would love to go back when me and my gf go,anyone know of this place?

Hi sambacasual ... although you're fairly sure it's not in the Old Town, there is actually a street called Calle San Lorenzo and it may well have a small bar or restaurant by that name.

But there is also a Casa Lorenzo Restaurant in the Rincon area, and from what I can see it is on the main road which runs from the beach up passed Hotels Flamingo Oasis, Melia Benidorm and Levante Club.

Hi David,thanks for that,it might have been casa lorenzo,it 100% wasn't in the old town as the only time ive been to that area is to walk through the very edge past the fc barca shop to get to levante. i'll check out the place you mentioned,thanks

good bar to watch rugby internationals

In beni for the rugby end of february stopping in the Riudor we normally stop at the rincon end and go to a few bars there, any suggestions for something central with reasonable beer and possibly large tv/ screen ?

last stop bar next door to ruidor shows all the sports on a large screen and has karaoke , it will definitely be open when your there , they do food and reasonable priced beer , few more bars i could mention but they could be closed

idols bar screen matches and there is karaoke after it used to be called champions next door to the town

benidorm nightlife in feb!!!

hi all, advice please!!

I am going to benidorm for a sneeky break next month with my friend! I was hoping to see Sticky Vicky and maybe go to The Rich Bitch Showbar.....we go on the 9th - 11th Feb which is a wed - fri......will these things be possible or will everywhere be closed?? I have been to benidorm before but not so early in the year, also I usually have children present and so have never been to such places at night before!!!!!

Oh we will be close to the old town if thats relevant!!

you will see sticky vicky but rich bitch might be closed.thing is if it is open your lose a night out.full night show in the old town it is.but vicky is on at loads of bars all night at differnt times,

I'm afraid Rich Bitch will be closed for holidays fron Jan 23rd - 3rd March!
But Kafe Klee just opposite should hopefully be open, although at that time of year you just cant tell i'm afraid!

Jenny I seem to remember that the person advertised as " Sticky Vicky" who is appearing at clubs, is not the original "Artist" but another act that registered the name that the original Sticky had failed to do. The original Sticky Vicky is advertised as Vicky Leighton. The one and only original.

The Original Sticky Vicky is still performing, she always performs with her daughter now Demaria! The other lady who did nick the Sticky Vicky name is now performing as "Sticky Star" Lol!

Benidorms 'BEST' restaurants?

can anyone tell me the names of 2 or 3 of Beni's so called top restaurants,i don't mean ones selling 'international' half chicken and chips to any old tom dick and 'arry,i'm looking for a bit of class and some top food. If anyone is familiar with a place called Val Paraiso in Mijas then you'll know what it is i mean!

Somewhere the stag do's,screaming children and people in Newcastle United shirts wouldn't even dream of going to.......

I'm far from a snob but i'll be in Beni later in the summer with my GF and we like to go out for a couple of 'proper' meals while on holiday as a change from the nights when we pile in to any old gaff before heading off to get drunk!

Also does anyone know if there's a pie n mash anywhere?
