IMHO - the oceanic shack , next to Silver Sands - just 3 or 4 shacks down from the baga creek end, great staff, lovely food.

We used Pedro's Pyramid shack, just a couple of shacks along on the left hand side as you come to the top of Tito's road. The people there are really friendly, the food was to die for and no dicky tummies also the sunbeds are really comfortable with nice thick mattresses - always a bonus if you're a bit of a sun worshipper like me!! They've also got a shower as well as a decent toilet.

does anyone know of any bad shacks?

We were based in Candolim in January but went to the beach at Baga for the day. Found it to be a bit to busy for us but found the Oceanic to be one of the best shacks we used during the whole holiday.

I also liked the oceanic beach shack. Do you mean the one where they wear bright orange shirts(i think). Last time i was over there it was just under 2 years ago. Cant wait til i go back in April :)
Reply
Yes they do wear bright orange shirts - the staff are just so friendly

Just returned from Goa on Friday. We went to the Oceanic Beach shack every day (same as last year). Food very good and the staff are so friendly. Must be the best beach shack on Baga Beach by far!!!!!

Just to echo Graymonds post, any shacks best avoided?
Mainly around candolim/sinqeurim area

We went to Oceanic shack in baga most of our beach days in 2004......... excellent staff, nice food, nice flatish sea bottom in front of shack.
Recommend it ! :D

Just returned from Baga on 10th Feb. Oceanic and Brittos both good beach shacks. Went into Boscoes one day for a drink but wouldnt have eaten there through the day, there were thousands of flies all over the tables. Probably better to eat outside.
