I think most of the ones near the beach do have ramps, etc, these days. I'd suggest contacting Icmeler Online - http://www.icmeleronline.com - as they're very knowledgable about all the accommodation and will able to advise you on something which would be suitable for your particular needs.

I would not recommend the Devamli for anyone disabled.
The rooms are very small and have very little room to move around the bed.
Even the slightly larger rooms on the top floor have a wide wooden ledge around the bed that makes the gap between the end of bed and the dressing table about 6ins.
My husband took a large chunk out of his shin and when he reported it to reception he was told to be careful!
We had to move the dressing table to make more room.
