all i can find is they are a trading name of Air Hotels Ltd which dosn't show up as being a member of either ATOL or ABTA

Don't book with this company. I booked for 30th December for one week. No confirmation came back, I rang them and they said they had emailed my confirmation. When they read my email address back to me it was incorrect, after giving my correct email they sent a confirmation but for the wrong dates. Rang them again (as well as emailing them, no reply), they informed me the cost was double the price for my dates so I said cancel the booking, to which they wanted 20% cancellation fee. I explained that I was contacting them within 24 hours but they said it was more than that as I had not replied to their email (which I did not receive). I sent an email to the one they had said they had emailed to, guess what it bounced back. I think commonsense would tell them that they should contact me by post. The manager is ringing me tomorrow. I have also contacted Watchdog with my complaint.
