Hi ChrisnAlfi, Any shack, restaurant or hotel will arrange a good party for you. I had a great 50th birthday do at a beach shack 2 years back. Reserved most of the shack, had a beautiful buffet laid on, flowers and cake too, took our own choice of cd's, and had some great fireworks how's that for an idea. It certainly beat staying at home :rofl
Cost around £100 - worth every rupee.

It'd help to know what is normal/what you've done before, in order to know what might be "different" enough for your birthday :) Give us some clues!

Had my 50th last year in East meets West, free cake, balloons, waiters singing, fantastic night, really good food and wine and real Sangria :cheers

It will be my 50th next year in Goa, 14 of us are going staying at the CSM in Baga, but have booked a couple of nights at Palolem Beach for my actual birthday night. 1 night to celebrate the other to get over the celebration. Never thought I`d be looking forward to my 50th but cant wait.
Rose :cheers

Hubby will be celebrating his 70th when we are out there. Can't decide whether to treat him to a parasailing trip, an hour on a jet ski or paragliding off the hill next to Anjuna!!! :rofl :rofl :rofl

We are going for our first time on the 8th of November to celebrate our silver wedding on the 13th November

It sounds like there will be lots of celebrations next year. For the ones of us with winter birthdays etc. it`s lovely to have a bit of sunshine instead of the usual rain and snow :sun2

and nothing like a nice winter tan to make you feel years younger ;)

Hope the tan dosen`t fade too quickly there will not be much chance to top it up when we get home in February.
A few friends are coming with us first timers in Goa so that will be fun to see what they make of it.
