I booked flights through Aegean flights and thought it would be Onur we'd be flying with, however tickets have arrived and we are flying with British Midland from Glasgow (BD7469). When flying with Onur last year we didn't have inflight meals or entertainment, does anyone know if we would have this with British Midland flight? I'm just trying to find out if I need to take portable dvd player to entertain me on this night flight. Any other comments on how they are to fly with would be great too.

Although the aircraft are equiped with drop down LCD screens, they are only used for the safety video. They don't offer inflight entertainment on short haul flights. The last time I flew with them on a charter, all passengers received meals but this depends on the nature of the charter.

Just booked a BMI flight, and there is note at the bottom of the booking form advising that all flights from 1 April 2009 will be subject to a hold baggage allowance of 18kg (reduced from 20kg). The hand baggage allowance remains at 10kg.

Been checking flight times on the Manchester airport site and seen to my horror that todays flight WW3545 Manchester to Palma was cancelled, we have booked the same flights in Aug 09 do they sort other flights out for you or are you left to do it yourself and what sort of notice do you get,do you get a refund, This is our summer holiday and donot want to be left at the airport on the day with two children.
