Never seen horse racing over there and they are strict on gambling, even heard of people being arrested in a bar for playing Bingo in another resort so I think you may be out of luck.

Turkish people do like to watch horse racing and they do bet on horses too, not too sure whether they show British horse racing though. I have seen Jokey Kulübü in Bodrum and Gumbet so I'm sure you will find one in Marmaris.
Yes their are bookies in Marmaris and Icmeler and yes they accept bets for Uk races, Ask your hotel where the nearest one is if they dont know they will find out for you.
