Does anyone know whether if you book directly with the hotel, you are still able to use the kids clubs?
We're having a 'mare of a job trying to book Paraiso de Albufeira on an accommodation only basis in July/August (already got flights). All agents say it's either full, or not coming up on their screens as able to book accomm only.
We did have a price from the hotel directly, but wonder whether you'd still be able to use the kids clubs?
Any one had any similar experiences?
Cheers!!
We stayed at the Paraiso last Christmas and, whilst the kids' club was closed for the winter anyway,I'm fairly certain that it was run by the Thomas Cook's reps rather than the hotel.I would have thought that, for insurance reasons at least,it would be unlikely that they would allow the children of non-T.C. holidaymakers to join their activities. As far as use of hotel-owned equipment is concerned, however,I should think that an e-mail to the hotel would confirm that this will be available to your kids.
Have a look at this site CLICK HERE ,it comes up with prices for hotel only, but it does say that it has a kids club,so i presume it's run by the hotel.
Basil.
