Borinquen is quite and old complex, but a lot of the apartments have been refurbished and there are new lifts etc. The reception area has just been moved and modernised.

It is well located within easy walking distance of loads of the beach, bars, restaurants, the casino, Veronicas etc etc. The development has a pool and garden area. Most properties have a good sea view.

The main road (about 100 - 150 metres away) is closed at the moment because of a new drainage instalation and also the are reducing the width of the road and making a wider pedestrian walkway. You shouldn't be bothered by noise, but you do need to be careful if you are walking (especially at night) because of the uneven surface.
