Boxers, tight fitting ones. Calvin Kleins are my favorites at the moment! I havent wore y fronts since I was in infants school! lol

haven't a clue what you call them.. defiantly not y front or boxers far too uncomfortable driving...bit like a decent bra they round up the floppy bits and keep them in the right place but with more matirial than tangers

Hubby would never wear a pair of briefs, it's boxer shorts all the way. His favourite being the tight Calvin Klein ones, but he only gets them at Christmas time and his birthday as they cost too much :rofl

Well all in the best possible taste - here is a selection. The ladies might possibly get some ideas for stocking fillers.

ROFL this has made me giggle. I bought all the chaps in my family 'climate control' pants for Christmas. They are those stretchy boxer shorts type of thing. The name of them made us all laugh but they all seem very pleased with them. They were from M&S.

Like Rob would ever wear owt on that page....chuff me, he would have a fit if I bought owt like that for him.
I prefer him in nice boxers...he likes the ones that hold everything in place so to speak....
Laddo wears these tight type boxers..

The women have hijacked your topic Phildo :rofl

I buy my husband something cheap . Usually a pack of 50 cotton boxers from Primark for £5. He likes plenty of air and space whilst travelling :D

The lads all wear CK's , ralph lauren, Levi's . The tight type. All very expensive but I can still get away with M&s autograph for my youngest son.

Always love buying a selection of fake designer boxers from the Turkish markets .Shame they never last . Every year the lads room is littered with ripped boxers where the back and underneath seam has gone after a night out .
Guaranteed until the airport is what i'm always told when buying them . :rofl

I don't know if any of the males (or indeed ladies) actually think that those on Frank's link look smart or even sexy- to me they are a big turn off :D yuck.

Give me a nice tight fitting pair of boxers any day.

Lynwestie,I bought my son some boxers in Turkey in 2009 and again last year and they are still all going strong. They are patterned with flowers and cost about 10lira for 2 pairs,I shall buy more when we go again this year,he loves them. The label says Bjorn borg or something similar.I bought my hubby some fake Calvin Klein and they fell to pieces.I,too think the link on Franks page are a big turn off.

Ah those are the ones the lads seem to wear under their swimming shorts so that the band shows. shame we arn't going this year . I will have to get someone else to pick me some up and see if the lads will wear them .

Yes frank, I do hope you hav'nt made any purchases for yourself from that website :tut

Agree with the other girlies...there is not one of them pair of keks on there that looks appealing (nor the blokes in them tbh).

I think the general consensus is the ladies do not like men in scabby Y fronts, tango's, mankini's, thongs or owt else of that ilk.

Lyn,yes my son is 17 and he has about 10 pairs.

Tight fitting boxer shorts. Both the men in my family wear them. Son has to have 'named' ones, hubby has to make do with M & S. Some of the one's in Frank's link look like budgie smugglers :rofl

:rofl Ok....WHO else has scrolled down on that link??? :rofl

Frank..how many pairs of Jet Thong and Walk the Dog do you own then?? :rofl

Y fronts on men make me shudder....ugh.....and don't even get me about men wearing thongs...wrong, wrong, WRONG.

My hubby must be an exception. No he doesnt wear thongs or y fronts :yikes but he prefers "slips" to boxers. He always says that he doesnt like the sensation of "falling out" of boxers and likes to be kept in place (I truely hope he doesnt read this :rofl )

On holiday one year a chap who must have been in his 50s was with what I presumre were his elderly parents. Well anyway, he looked ok in his shorts and tshirt, got his parents comfortable on their sun loungers and then proceeded to strip off. He had the tinyest little thong ive ever seen :yikes a huge beer belly and when he removed his hat, had bleached blonde hair. Well, one of his parents spoke to him so he bent over to talk to them :really It wasnt a pretty site. :rofl I think he thought he was Peter Stringfellow. I made husband swear to me there and then never to wear a thong!

Another vote for slips - M&S do them in their "climate control" version, which I prefer, although the missus calls 'em sheepdogs - 'cos they pen everything into a small area! :rofl

When we were in Torremolinos in February walking back along the front we decided to cut up into the town. Crossed the road to be greeted by the sight of some old guy bending over to tie his shoelace - wearing a thong. Words failed us. After that we saw him on a regular basis skating up and down the prom. Had to go for a drink to recover from the shock.
