I cant give you an idea on price, better to speak to Mustafa (the carpenter) but I can tell you his standard of work is excellent.

Gogs if you want to pay for flights for me and my family I will build them for free for you while we stay in your appartment for 2 weeks. Could you make sure the cupboards are stocked with enough food for 4 people for 2 weeks and plenty of beer in the fridge.
School holidays would be the best time for me to go and day time flights if possible.
