Hi,

I have just booked to go to Bulgaria in june this year. it will be my first time.

I have been reading a lot of the posts on here and have found it very informative. I have booked to fly to varna airport and staying at yavor apartments in golden sands. from what i have seen on this forum I am looking forward to it very much.
There are just a couple of questions that i cant find out the answers to and any help will be appreciated.

firstly, can you give me a guesstimate of the taxi fare from the varna airport to GS ( even got the abbreviations in already and not been yet!).

Also I have heard that GS ( and again) is quite hilly. I am recovering from knee surgery and dont want to be walking up cliffe faces. Normal stairs is enough. I am 41 and able to walk reasonably well considering but dont want to aggrivate things.

Any help would be appreciated. just to let you know i am NOT a sightseer, more of a pool and bar monster!!

Any other information that i would find helpful I would also appreciate.
